Spring 2023 Internship

If you want a shot at one of the most enriching internships available, consider spending 8-10 hours a week with Lincoln Literacy this spring. If selected, you'll be trained to teach English as an instructor in online and in-person, small-group classes of refugees and immigrants. You'll be part of an international team at one of Lincoln's most respected nonprofits. Schedule can usually be individualized to accommodate other activities, such as school and employment. 

 

This is a PAID internship.

Coordinator of English Language (ELL) and Adult Skills (ASD) Programs

Lincoln Literacy is hiring a versatile, culturally adept, and organizationally talented person to serve as programs coordinator. The job involves recruitment of potential new students, assessment, excellent record-keeping, reporting, teaching, and working in a collaborative team environment.

This is a part-time afternoon and evening position with a mix of online and in-person duties. Good pay and benefits, including a warm, supportive office culture, an inspiring mission, and rewarding engagement — plus tangible benefits as well. Hours average 20 hours/week.
